Step Up to the Plate for Miracle League Volunteers!
The YMCA is looking for volunteers for its upcoming Miracle League season. Miracle League gives children and adults with disabilities the chance to enjoy baseball in a fun, supportive, and inclusive environment.
No baseball experience is needed. Volunteers help players, cheer them on, and make every game special.
This is a great service opportunity for students, families, and community groups looking to make a positive impact.

Help Protect Cats This Winter
Rad Cat Inc., a nonprofit cat rescue organization, is seeking Scout volunteers to help community cats stay safe and warm this winter.
The organization cares for more than 60 community cats throughout North Georgia and is working to provide 20 winter shelters and 4-5 feeding stations for local cat colonies.
This is a great opportunity for Scouts to give back, develop service project skills, and make a direct impact on animal welfare in our community.

Enjoy a day filled with vendors, inflatables, games, crafts, a petting zoo, art auction, live music, and a butterfly release.
The festival benefits the Katie Beth Carter Memorial Scholarship Fund, the Katie Beth Carter Memorial Institute in Nicaragua, and support programs for bereaved parents.
Scouts and Scout units are invited to serve by helping direct traffic and assist with parking. It's a great opportunity to put the Scout Oath into action while making a difference in the community!

The Samaritan Center Thrift Store Help
The Samaritan Center has been helping people in crisis throughout Eastern Hamilton County for 40 years. Our Thrift Store generates a large portion of the finances needed for our social services. Each Saturday evening, The Thrift Store has so many donations, we can't bring them all inside by ourselves. This is where we need volunteers. If you have high school scouts that need a volunteer project, we welcome their help on a Saturday night.
