The Cherokee Area Council is proud to announce the selection of our next Wood Badge Course Director – Rob Miller. Wood Badge is the premier adult leadership training program offered by the BSA and our next course is scheduled for the Fall of 2023 (dates TBD). Congratulations to Rob Miller!
Rob Miller moved with his family to Chattanooga from Tampa, FL last summer.
Scouting runs deep in their family with both he and his wife volunteering and two sons in the program. Rob was a Scout as a youth, going all the way from Tiger Cub to Eagle Scout. He began his volunteer service in 2014 and has served in a variety of Unit and District roles.
Rob has a passion for training, completing Wood Badge, Powderhorn and Seabadge; and serving on staff for Wood Badge and National Youth Leadership Training. Rob has received the Silver Beaver and is a Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow.
Rob currently serves as Committee Chair of Pack 3147, Associate Advisor of Crew 2147 and recently joined the Talidandaganu' Lodge of the Order of the Arrow as a Ceremonies Advisor.Rob Miller moved with his family to Chattanooga from Tampa, FL last summer.
