Payment Schedules - Let Folks Know About Them

Remember to be sure you're communicating about due dates of progress payments (known as "payment schedules" in DK). There is information about the next payment due on the receipt, but if your payment schedules are complex, think about sending out an email to all registrants or posting info on your website. You can even create a document that can be downloaded from the doc library. If you make it better known, you'll cut down on the phone calls.

Tip of the Week: Move a Form

A helpful feature you may not be aware of is the ability to move forms from one sub organization to another. All you do is go to Event Management-> Forms-> Move Form(s) to Other Orgs, then select the form you want moved, and the sub org it needs to go to, click move and you're done!

Make a copy of the form first, then move it as above, if you need a copy of the form moved to another sub org.
