Developmental Assets Profile Survey This survey is ONLY for current 2nd-year Webelos Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers (male). Please no adults or younger Scouts. We are conducting a brief survey that has been designed to assets in the lives of our youth. A summary of the results will be compared with a National average for young men. Please complete only 1 survey per youth. Request a paper copy of the survey be mailed to you instead of completing online
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ONLINE SURVEY: Your survey and its results will be completely confidential. NAME/ID: Instead of your name, please put your Zip Code and your Scouting program. Example: 37421 Boy Scouts BIRTH DATE: This is only used to verfity that your age is within allowable range for the survey. Included will be a list of positive things that you might have in yourself, your family, friends, neighborhood, school, and community. Answers are not Scouting specific. For each item, you will be asked to check how often the item describes you now or within the past 3 months.
